Social Media & Community Manager
Job Description
Did you know that:
- 3 in 4 mothers with dependent children in the UK are in work?
- Mothers shoulder twice the cognitive labor of fathers, disproportionately bearing the mental load, which heightens stress and depression risks?
- One in three women is considering downshifting their careers or leaving their jobs due to burnout and stress?
At Parent Agent, we’re on a mission to help share and reduce parents' mental load with tools that support them in managing their responsibilities. A more equitable division of the mental and cognitive load leads to happier relationships, fewer women leaving the workforce, and a healthier society.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to amplify this mission and foster meaningful connections with our audience of working parents and employers who care about the wellbeing of their staff. If you’re passionate about building an organic audience, driving engagement, and creating a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
