That’s why we want to work with people who truly understand the problem—parents who are living it every day. If you’ve felt the strain of balancing work, cognitive load, and family, you’re exactly who we want on our team.

But, we also know the traditional work model doesn’t fit most parents’ realities. That’s why we offer flexibility:

Full-time, 0.8 FTE, or part-time job-sharing options - To fit around school hours or to have a day each week with your preschooler.
‍Remote-first, with quarterly team off-sites (outside of school holidays) - To balance flexibility with in-person collaboration
Core hours from 09:30 am to 2:30 pm - So the team can be present at the same time, but so you can arrange your workday to suit you best.
